The tubular plate’s batteries give many advantages as compared the conventional battery like It prevent the shedding of positive active material during battery service life with enhanced porosity for efficient utilization by the mass. Its spine is coated with the layer of active material to protect from corrosion. Tubular Batteries can complete 2500 charged / Deep Discharge cycle at 80% D.O.D ,while in Conventional Batteries, the charge / discharge cycle is 300 which means it has 8 time more cycle life. These Batteries have 7 years service life.
